WAC joined producers from across the region at the EAC MSMEs Trade Fair in Nairobi. Our stand featured the full product range: sesame, groundnut, coconut, and sunflower oils alongside cassava and finger millet flour.
The delegation secured introductions with three regional distributors and walked home with a recognition award for women-led agribusiness innovation.
Trade fairs like this are critical for opening export channels. We're already following up on leads and expect to announce our first cross-border distribution agreement later this quarter.
